Sarah is a qualified PE teacher and Fitness instructor and takes the lead during Breakthrough's day events in managing the onsite safety of all staff and participants, as well as managing the team of young leaders that we use to help us referee our matches.
She delivers the fitness aspect of our four corner model approach and is currently developing an alternative curriculum for players that come on our events that do not wish to make it in the elite game, but are there to enjoy the experience, without the pressures that come with becoming elite.
Sarah delivers a fantastic workshop on 'resilience' during our events in order to prepare players for the step into the elite game should they be scouted.
Sarah is a fantastic mentor to the players that come on our events and can often be seen wandering around at lunch time making sure the kids are safe, happy and healthy.
